What is your current turn around time?

Our turn around time is typically within 5-7 business days; but, very often sooner than that. It depends on many factors such as your order and the time of the year. If you want to inquire on a more specific time please don't hesitate to contact us and ask!

Do you accept returns?

No. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us on our contact form right away so we can make it right.

Do you ship International?

No. We only ship within the USA.

Signs Info:

Can I keep my sign outside?

We recommend that you DO NOT allow your wooden signs be exposed to direct weather. We apply a light clearcoat/weatherproofing to our signs which will help mitigate the effects of sunlight and indirect weather exposure. However; they are wood. Which means they will slowly break down the longer they are outside. If you have any questions about this please don't hesitate to reach out! 

What type of wood do you use?

The majority of our wood products come from Baltic Birch plywood and MDF. We use Baltic Birch for our round signs and bigger letters. While we typically use MDF for our small lettering. MDF is very dense and more stable than the Baltic Birch when dealing with small sizes.

Where do you get your wood from?

We are lucky to have a local lumber yard near us where we buy our 3/4" and 1/4" Birch plywood. We feel very fortunate to be able to support a local small business, as a local small business ourselves. Certain sizes of wood we cannot source locally and have to rely on other small business wood suppliers around the country to supply for us. This is typically our 1/8" Baltic Birch and our 1/8" MDF which we often source from a supplier in Florida as we cannot find it locally at the moment.
